VERSION 1 — 6 September 2026

Know your turf.

The rules for buying a block, keeping it funded and receiving Stock Tokens.

01What you are buying

A block is a temporary, transferable advertising position in Tokenized Turf, governed by the game contract. It is not ownership of a company, real property, or a promise of income. Initial and expired blocks cost 50,000 TURF. A block owned by another player costs its current buyout price. There is no opening auction or daily ownership reset.

02Your payment and upkeep

Initial block payments burn in full. Daily upkeep is 0.25% of the higher of your asking price or 50,000 TURF. Every purchase funds three daily terms: the first term burns immediately and unused future upkeep remains refundable. At a 50,000 TURF ask, checkout costs 50,375 TURF plus network gas. You must keep the block funded. If funding expires, you lose the position and it becomes available for purchase.

03Anyone can buy your block

Your asking price cannot exceed twice your last purchase price. Anyone can buy the block at its enforceable price without your further approval. An asking-price increase takes one hour to become available and may require extra upkeep. A completed resale credits 90% of the price to the seller and burns 10%; the seller also receives credit for unused future upkeep. Credits require withdrawal. Burned payments and network fees are not refundable.

04Stock rewards

Rewards depend on actual creator-fee receipts, funded ownership history, district capacity and successful stock purchases. Ninety percent of received USDG fees funds the stock budget; ten percent is protocol revenue. Receipt accounting uses five-minute windows. The purchase threshold starts at 1,000 USDG and can be changed by the owner. Estimates are scenarios, not guaranteed returns. Empty capacity is not redistributed as extra player rewards. Orders and deliveries may be delayed by liquidity, market conditions, price checks, network conditions or recipient restrictions.

05Eligibility to receive Stock Tokens

You must be an adult with authority to use the connected wallet and legally eligible to acquire and hold the relevant Stock Tokens. You must satisfy the issuer’s current prospectus, final terms and jurisdiction restrictions. Stock Tokens must not be delivered in the United States or to, for the account of, or for the benefit of U.S. persons. Restrictions also apply in other jurisdictions. Do not accept these terms if you are ineligible, acting for an ineligible recipient, or subject to applicable sanctions. A wallet declaration does not replace any verification required by the issuer or provider.

06Automatic delivery consent

By recording acceptance with your wallet, you consent to automatic transfers of purchased Stock Tokens allocated to that wallet. You do not need to sign for each drop. A restricted or unsuccessful recipient may have delivery deferred. Changing or losing a block does not transfer its previous holder’s accrued allocation to the buyer. Holding TURF alone does not create a right to stock rewards.

07What Stock Tokens represent

Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities providing economic exposure to underlying securities. They do not grant legal or beneficial ownership of those underlying shares. Review the issuer’s prospectus and the relevant final terms before participating. Tokenized Turf is a separate project; district names do not imply endorsement by the named companies, Robinhood, PONS or Rialto.

08Risk and protocol controls

TURF and Stock Token prices can fall, liquidity can disappear, and contract or infrastructure failures can cause losses. The game contracts have not received an independent security review. Do not spend funds you cannot afford to lose. The owner can pause new game purchases or stock execution/deliveries, restrict recipients, change the stock-purchase threshold and change the protocol treasury or executor. There is no promised resale price, profit, payout schedule or recovery of burned TURF.

09Your billboard and public information

Publish only images and links you are entitled to use. Do not publish unlawful, infringing, impersonating or malicious content. Wallet activity and onchain billboard references are public. Uploaded images may remain accessible after you change a billboard. Optional X linking publishes the verified profile associated with your wallet. Never put private information, credentials or seed phrases on a block.

10Acceptance and support

Accept only after reading the version shown and checking the wallet and network. The contract records acceptance of this document’s hash. Contact the project through Telegram @satoshiwolfx for support. Support cannot reverse blockchain transactions or guarantee recovery. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
